For those who have yet to activated their on-line member account to our web site, just follow these simple steps to ACTIVATE (as a first time user of the ) Your POA MEMBER ACCOUNT:

1. Go to http://www.sfpoa.org/
2. At the top on your right hand side you will see "POA Members". Under this click on "Member Log In."
3. This will take you to the POA Member Log In page.
   (you can also get to the POA Member Log In page by clicking on the Link directly under the POA Logo Image on any page)
4. On the Right you will see: FIRST TIME POA MEMBER ACCOUNT ACCESS ONLY
5. Under SFPOA FIRST TIME USER ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
   Type in your E-mail address, your Date of Birth (i.e. 10/23/2008), your ID # (which is your last four digits of your Social Security Number).
6. Then Click "Activate My Account."
7. Your Account will be Activated (and you will be Logged in to your POA Member Account)
   (and within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with your new USERNAME and PASSWORD)
8. You may at that time customize your Credentials with a personalized USERNAME and PASSWORD
   (if you do change your Credentials, you will be Logged Out and must Log In again with your NEW personalized Credentials - which will also be sent to you by Email)
9. You will have access to the Member Only Pages under the "Members Only" menu drop down at the top right of the page.
10. In the Future, to return to the Member Only Area, use the RETURNING POA MEMBERS ONLY on the POA Member Log In page.

To Access the MEMBER ONLY area of the Site at any time (after your First Time Account Activation):

1. Go to http://www.sfpoa.org/
2. At the top on your right hand side you will see "POA Members". Under this click on "Member Log In."
3. This will take you to the POA Member Log In page.
   (you can also get to the POA Member Log In page by clicking on the Link directly under the POA Logo Image on any page)
4. On the Left you will see: RETURNING POA MEMBERS ONLY
5. Under "SFPOA ACTIVATED ACCOUNT MEMBER LOG IN", type in your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
6. Then Click "Log In."
7. You will then be taken to the Members Only Welcome page section of our website. Where you can find information about Legal Defense, Member Bulletins, SFPOA Bylaws, SFPOA MOU, and much more (all under the "Members Only" menu at the top tight of the page). You may also personalize your login in credentials on the welcome page using Manage your SFPOA Site Member Account Information.
