The San Francisco Police Officers Association I SFPOA offers its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Hayward Police Sergeant Scott Lunger. He was senselessly gunned down during a traffic stop on July 22, 2015. He was just 48, and a 15-year veteran of the Hayward PD. He leaves a wife and two daughters.
